    Virgin Mary?

First let me say that I am not a very religious person and I'll keep my personal feelings out of this post.

About a block from where I live, there is a catholic hospital called Mercy Medical Center. On Tuesday a patient noticed an image in a second floor office window (the office is not occupied).

By today, soooo many people have shown up to see this "image" there are police directing traffic, buses line the street from as far away as Chicago (so far). People are praying, crying and setting up shrines. Some people have not left the sight since they heard about it. One man, who's wife is a patient in the ICU claims the image was sent as a sign. He was in tears speaking about it.

The hospital, while they welcome visitors, has had to demand visitors to park as far as a block away for safety reasons. It's become very difficult for emergency vehicles to get through.

My boyfriend's nurse works at the hospital and she said that the window is a double paned window that was not sealed properly when replaced several months ago. With the recent rain, she said it is just condensation forming between the panes. I have seen it myself and very much agree.

I find it interesting how many people want to BELIEVE, have hope and faith. It's really mind boggling how, even faced with a reasonable reason for the formation, people choose to believe that somehow the image was sent from "above".

Here is a photo of the window....what are your thoughts?
