Hi all!
I bought a BP from a friend of mine and she gave him to me in class today. I brought him home and immediately put him in the viv I had set up for him. I know that it's recommended to leave him be for a couple of days to let him get acclimated and indeed, he quickly found his hide on the warm side and settled in. About 1 hour later, he explored a bit and settled into his cool hide. Now, about 6 hours later, he's out at the side of the viv moving around and watching me.
I know he's due for a feeding and I'm wondering if I should just leave him for the recommended couple of days or if I can try to feed him a rat and see if he takes it.
I have a corn and I fed my corn in the adjacent room today, maybe he smelled the mouse that my corn was eating and now he's hungry?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
