Police here have no lives..

Why does race at all come into any of this? The kid was under the age for curfew. He got busted. He got hauled off in the back of the police car and probably was taken home to his parents and not booked and thrown in jail for the night! (like many here assume I'm sure)

Because most of the cops here are racist.

My buddies bike was stolen by white kids. I called the cops for him. The police officer, which just happens to be that fat one in the last picture (there are only like 10-15 cops in my 'township'), came up to us. Asked the situation. When he wanted to get into the thiefs detail, first thing out of his mouth was "was he black?"

As far as staffing of the police departments, it should match the race percentages in the city, town, or county you live. If your city is 95% white than it should be no surprise there is not a black officer.

Not really. Not too far away there is a very trashy, ghetto looking neighborhood. It is an all black neighborhood. I know because I went to school with kids from that neighborhood and they told me so. Tell me why they always report it is a white cop that tries to put something on them.

One kid was telling a story in school where him and his three black friends were pulled over by a white cop and the cop did not tell them there were speeding or anything and wanted to search his car. He told the cop straight up that he better give him a ticket or put a charge on him for something because he knows the only reason he got pulled over because there were four black kids in the car. He was let go... Now can I say this story is true? no. Because I only heard it. But it certainly wouldn't surprise me...

It should match, if it doesn't then I would be interested to see how many black officers applied for a position. Also it seems there is alot of rumors and what ifs with your stories.

This is like me overhearing somebody saying they saw a fire truck going emergency (lights and sirens) and then they pull into a grocery store and cut the lights and sirens. This happens, we are going to a call and we get cancelled because they either no longer need our help or another unit is on scene and can handle. However, Joe Public just thinks we want to run people off the road to go get dinner when we just happen to pull in a parking lot to turn around.

Around 2 A.M. I see lights start flickering outside my room. So of course, as always, I go out and eves drop. They pulled over a car. Do they need one car? No. They need FOUR! They pulled over a couple kids. One black, the driver; and one white, the passenger. The cops ask the black kid to step out of the car, so he does. Then they search him. Then they search the car, then they start searching the grass acting like he threw out a weapon or drugs as they was getting pulled over. Turns out the black kid was 16 so he was violating curfew while his friend was over 17, no curfew for 17 year olds. They let the white driver go. They put the black kid in handcuffs and in the back of the car and went on their way to the station.

Am I the only one who thinks these cops are racist?

A couple months ago, they pulled over a black woman. Took her out of the car, searched her, searched the car, gave her a sobriety test, and had her car towed... why? Because she had no insurance. They needed two squad cars and a captain for that.

I live in a 95%+ white neighborhood, no black cops at all.

Because someone was past curfew they are entitled to being searched and their friends car while he was not violating curfew?

Man, when I lived in Chicago, you get busted for curfew, you get thrwn in back of the car (no handcuffs) and they take you to your parents/guardians house.

Just curious, what township do you live in?

You can't fake it really well with a fire tuck. People know if there is a fire or not.

You do, however, see police turning on their sirens to get past red lights or wherever they want to go fast.
