It's a really nice looking wild type corn like everyone else said. Corns are great, they're so easy to keep and are almost always the sweetest tempered snakes.

Since it is a native species you could always nurse him/her back to health, let those wounds heal up a little bit and then release him into a nice conservation area where he won't wind up in the same trouble again. Just an idea
