How do you set a dimmer to 80-84? From the pictures of dimmers I see all i see is an on and off button...

That is the one i use, it has a little knob and you move it from very low to very high, you just have to monitor things with a thermometer to make sure your getting accurate readings.

Lowes has dimmers in the lamp section.

I use this with no problems....Keeps you from waiting on shipping, and those zoomeds at a retail store are a little high priced.
Too many snakes to be declared "sane" as far as my friends are concerned....

You can use it with whatever you like. It all works the same in the end.
