How do you know it is a male? Please give us more info so we can help. If it is a male, we will tell you what to do about the weight problem. Please just share whatever info you have so we can help! It is a beautiful snake.

I just feed him a small rat and his tail is kinked up. Looks like someone went after him with a meat tenderizer. I had him probed and its a male.

    Re: What morph is this?

people are still asking what kinda morph this is?

seriously people are joking about how fat he is but i would lay off the food for awhile. its pretty well known that fat/overweight bps dont make good breeders and well even if its a pet fat is bad.

    just my opinion.

on the other hand he is really pretty.

In general when referring to a small rat, it is considered to be 5-6 weeks of age, which in my opinion has made your snake fat if this is the size your feeding. The males are pretty big at this age, and can be any where from 100-150 grams.

I feed most of my balls a weanling rat. They are only 3-4 weeks of age, and only weigh 60-80 grams.

Try a smaller prey size or spread out your feedings longer than every 7 days.
