The part I wasn't sure about was getting an albino at all from that combo. Or am I completely confused?

OKAY:

100% Het x normal = Normals and hets, each with a 50% chance of being either (and one cannot tell visually), so therefore labelled as 50% het for albino.

100% het x 100% het= 1 visual albino, 2 100% het albinos, and 1 normal out of four eggs, therefore 25%, 50% and 25% respectively. The normals and the hets are all labelled 66% het Albinos (as one cannot tell the normals from the hets visually, and they are lumped together, much like the 50% hets)

Visual x normal= 100% het albinos, ALL of them.
