    I have serious doubts about there being any dane in there (I grew up with Danes), but he does have the space case mentality and the love of couches that so many big breeds have, so who knows. No deafness, we already tested that theory and he hears just fine (when he feels like it). Mostly he is entertaining us with his puppy curiosity about EVERYTHING and his insecurity about not having one of us in sight at all times. Ohhh the joys of puppyhood.
