I only skimmed the article, so I may have missed something. However, it sounds to me like it would give federal agencies that ability. That is a huge difference from large corporations.

That doesn't mean I like what he is proposing. It still sounds like a bad idea.

Yeah I skimmed that so I may not have the intricacies of it down. But it sounds like bush being bush and eff all the rest. I don't know how the rest of you feel, I know we have quite a few people that at least at first liked him, but I can wait until he's gone. I like the idea that government tries to at least somewhat protect endangered species and not let people decide whether or not they appreciate the life of some individual (endangered) species.
Not even moving on to mention all the captive keeping scares this pet industry has had during this administration.
