i think something like epoxy or jb weld will hold it. then you can probably use plaster or something to smooth it out. if you know someone who does airbrushing then they could paint the plaster repair job to match with ease.

Thanks a lot! I think I know someone on another forum who does taxidermy and I'm going to see if he can give me any pointers as well since he might deal with this kind of stuff.
