So, some of them poked their heads out and then pulled them back in....that's ok? Also, how long should I leave them in the incubator after they come out of the egg?

Mine stay in the incubator until they've all hatched - in the same eggbox.

I actually put my clutches into an shoebox with damp paper towel (one clutch per shoebox) back into the incubator until they had their first shed (one week later). Then they were separated into their own shoebox and offered their first meal a week after their shed.

Thanks Robin! Why do you put them back in? They don't need the cool side until they start eating? Do you leave the temp at around 90?
