Question about incubation temperatures

What I did was remove the press-n-seal on the egg box (if your using press-n-seal) and the temps dropped down to normal.
Controlling the humidity at this late stage is not as important as in the beginning.

I do all substrateless incubation, so I don't use press-n-seal. I thought about replaing the lid with one that has ventilation holes in it, but since they aren't in any substrate I thought they might get too dry. Plus I don't want the inside of my incubator to get too humid with all the ellectronic components in there.

Really depends on how much over 90F we're talking Jake...If your talking 91F - I won't sweat it but I wouldn't want to go to much higher than that...Have you checked the temps on the bottom shelves of you incubator?

It's a 120qt Igloo cooler incubator, so there isn't much vertical space. The boxes are stacked 2 high and I have 2 powerful fans circulating the air good in there. Everything's pretty even except for egg boxes that have sweating eggs. What's your recipe in these situations. If I had a fridge incubator I'd move the older boxes to the bottom to stay a little cooler than the ones at the top, but my temps are even throughout.

I use a frig so I only have a recipe for vertical space...I'd just be safe rather than sorry and adjust your temps so they don't go over 91F...What day is this clutch on?
