Keep a jar - every time you swear, put a dollar in it. After you've become swear free - treat yourself to something with the money you've put in there!

Earl, you probably picked it up in boot camp. When I was in Basic Training in the Army way back in 1969 the F word was used in every spoken sentence for 8 weeks by everyone present and it was hard for most of us to stop saying it. Nowadays profanity only comes out of me when I am angry. Fortunately, I can control my typing.
