Wow I haven't been able to get 1 phone call returned or 1 email responded to from AP since July 11th! I guess I'll have to make my purchase for a new cage somewhere else.
Earl, don't give up yet. Try calling & e-mailing again & let them know that you've been trying to get in touch with them. They are EXTREMELY slammed right now & are also down a couple of bodies, so it's making the whole process a little bit slow @ the moment.
