Thanks, Connie. Let me know if you want some tips. I'd go with a 24" window planter, and make a decorative wood plank holder and stand both for asthetics and to mount a couple 24" strip lights. You'd be able to put it anywhere and it would be just big enough to keep a decent selection of herbs.
