Best of luck with a Mini-Sparrow. I never knew the veins would be so prominent ( and big) during hatching? Do they absorb them as part of the yolk or are they left behind as "afterbirth"?

I am pretty sure they leave those veins behind, but this is only my 3rd clutch ever and my 2nd this year so I'm not for sure.

top right 2 look like they have clear bellies, like sparrow

Yeah I have some hopes for the light ones at the top... still not sure until they come out though. That's actually an old pic of Sparrow, he was about 900 grams when bred.

Congrats D. Now start coaxing those babies out of the eggs, so we can see the whole snake.

I am hoping that you get all females. That'll help the progression of the project.

Nope Sparrow isn't het albino that I know of... that's Bruno. But he is definitely very handsome!
