Absolutely.... If it comes down to fake hets, you know I am about to go buckwild...
All right Heather, way to go! Two Pieds out of a clutch of six from a pair of Hets is great odds. Just to make you feel even better I am going to tell you what happened to me with my Het for Pieds. The first year I bred them I got five eggs. They hatched and I got one Male Pied, Three Female Possible’s, and one Male Possible. The second year from the same breeding I got seven eggs. When they hatched every one of them was a Male Possible. GRRRRRRRRRR….. Thank God that didn’t happen the first year or I would have been gunning for the breeder that sold me my Het For Pied pair. LOL
