Re: Pastels...
I have a beautiful TSK pastel and a gorgeous NERD lemon pastel and an 8Ball that hasn't come into her color yet. I think that having a NERD lemon will zap any other pastel with a brightness that can't compare.
However, I was asked how I could say that snakes coming from NERD were top quality. I think that NERD's quality speaks for itself

Re: Pastels...
I know that this pastel is not the best. he has some browning on the first 5th of his body but then the colors go to bright oranges, yellows and crisp whites. All i can really say is that it is hard for me to leave him alone for the first 2 weeks. I have never seen anything like him befor in my life, and now i really know that the pastel is by far my 2nd favorite morph. (pied first) Next year I'm planning on getting a spider.

Re: Pastels...
The thing to remember is that each original producer of the animals line bred in order to enhance traits that they found pleasing. Some did this for flames and blushing, while others did it to bring on a very yellow and black contrast with very little blushing. To me when someone say that they produce NERD line pastels I expect that animal to be produced directly by NERD or by an animal directly produced by NERD and exhibit the traits that NERD strives to reproduce. The same goes for any "line" bred animal. Otherwise in is just a Lemon pastel, Blonde, Jungle or what have you. I think once you get more than one generation way from the original producing line then people should drop the "Line" name and just call the Lemons, Jungles, Blonde's.
But thats just my two cents.
