Some people are just mean. Nothing gets me upset like deliberate animal cruelty.
The American culture does not teach to kill snakes on site.
Rural areas with HOT snakes do not deal with them by nailing them alive to a post.
In this case, it is animal cruelty done by a twisted person. Animal cruelty totally pisses me off. I don't relate to children being cruel to animals (where's the parental education) and I don't relate to teens and/or adults being cruel.
The level of disrespect for animals, save our own animal species, is rampant. So many going extinct because of the decimation of their habitats to make room for the overpopulation of human animals. That outright cruelty, in your face cruelty, flagrant and intentionally cruelty happens is beyond what I can even begin to comprehend......
