"spinning" and combo morphs

Is there a long answer?

So assuming that this gene for spinning is linked with the gene for spider...

Is it possible that through all of the combos and crossing of different morphs this could become linked with another morph (other than spider) through some random mishap durring random assortment?

Or, if it is a gene or an allele combination or protein combo, could it be bred out?
