That is the thermostat that I use. I have 5 of them. once they are set they work just fine. once you get a rack, and have multiple snakes living on one thermostat, I recomend a helix or herpstat. That being said, you will be fine with that thermostat for now.
There are plenty that will disagree and say they are junk... but I disagree with them STRONGLY.
I would put a dimmer switch on the UTH... and use the t stat for your CHE (or infared bulb if you insist )

Or get a herpstat and hook the UTH and RHP into it!
