Re: Which Morph would you never consider wanting??

The only morph I would never want is the spider. I love the way they look and their combos but the wobble bothers me. Not a fan of vanillas either but I may eventually buy a couple when they hit pastel prices.

There are some ball morphs that I like better then others, and some I don't like as well, but there isn't one that I wouldn't add to my collection provided it was a good looking specimen for the right price. The only exception to that would be any kind of a hybrid. I wouldn't knowingly keep a hybrid in my collection even if you gave it to me.

Re: Which Morph would you never consider wanting??

It is funny how it changes.

First time I saw a Clown, I thought "What kind of a butt ugly snake is that?".... but now I see some that just make my jaw drop. But I am really specific in what I like about them. Same with spiders, it took me awhile, but now that I can spot what I like about them, the ones I like are just all shades of WOW!

Still waiting for that special pin to turn me all around... probably just need to hold one in person.

Same with Calicos... I thought they were just nonsensical looking snakes when I first saw them. They haven't changed much, but I have changed how I look at them, and I absolutely love them.

There are some of the more normal looking snakes that I cannot spot the differences in that I am not crazy about, so I dislike them out of spite... like they are trying to pull a fast one on me.

"Hi I am a harlequin, jigsaw, blackback, blah, blah, blah!" - "really... are you now?"

Also did not like Womas or Enchis... but now... I would consider having a kid so as to have something to barter for one. HAH... I say that like ANYONE would want my kid.

    Spot Nose and Powerballs. *meh*

A genetic problem spiders have. If you do a search you will find PLENTY of info on it.

It's not the pin that turned me all around, it the combos (Killer Bee Pinstripe is HOT)

I agree entirely on all counts. Although I don't really like pinstripes, or YB's, or some others, that doesn't mean that I wouldn't get them...XD Just that I wouldn't get them FIRST.

And for the record, I LOVE axanthics. I think they're beautiful.

Alright, I'll say it. Pieds just don't do it for me either. I can't ever imagine wanting one, even the derivatives don't do much for me. I couldn't tell you exactly why, but I just don't have any enthusiasm for that particular morph. I think the genetics are interesting, but that's about it.

Give me the Caramel Glow or the Lesser Woma anyday. (ohhhh to have the 20k on hand......)

    Cheers,

That actually does it for me for alot of the morphs that I am not so sure about initially. I have a few *ingredients* in the works that I am looking forward to having the homozygous forms, but it is the combos that I am really after.

Dying to see what you have in mind for your Pin btw...

Re: Which Morph would you never consider wanting??

Took me a couple days to think about things... Im going to say Axanthic... And I have a male het Axanthic in my racks right now, that should be breed-able. I guess its because when I got him, he was a pain in the butt feeder, but I got him feeding a bit better now (I think, I usualy go in thinking I am just wasting a rat). I don't really have anything to breed him to, I do have a het albino female that is getting up to size, but I got other plans for her.

I guess perhaps I could locate a poss het girl or two for him to mess around with. He is a TSK line het
