Why would you have it in Georgia?......instead of retics and burms being banned....people wouldn't be able to sell cornsnakes, kingsnakes, and milksnakes if it was in Georgia....
Most places have laws already....and those without laws are trying to get some passed..

Re: Daytona 08, is it true?
You know, this just sucks. Yes, florida sucks when it comes to snakes... that is because it is one of the only places where you can let a snake go, and it will actually live.
I think the "big boys" need to seriously rethink this decision. There are lots of Floridians / Georgians that have been waiting for this show. A chance to meet the legends, their snakes, and maybe even have enough cash saved up to "contribute to their cause"
Yeah, you may have to go through a little extra red tape because of the current state of things... But honestly, I think they owe it to their fans.
If it is a pain in the ass to bring the burms and retics, then leave them home. they are NOT what made you who you are! BRING THE BALLS!
It's not like it is a big expense! I assure you the readers on this forum alone will make your trip worth while! I know I will for one of you!

Re: Daytona 08, is it true?
Why not bring it to the west coast? How 'bout Eugene, Oregon? or Bend, Oregon? Why always on the east coast?????

That settles it. Chicago it is. Either a new one in the city, or the Tinley NARBC.

Ummm, noooooo. Enough with every place but the Northwest
Eugene Oregon is a terrific university city with a great mix of people; Bend is a very small city and lots of people come here to ski, bike, hike, etc., so you already have lots of tourists! Okay? Not NH and not Chicago!!!!!!
