No worries at all
I think it's really important to know who you are dealing with and who you might potentially be dealing with in the future. I'm glad some light was shed on the situation from a few different directions!
To shed a little more light since he has been bragging about where he is going to 'dump' his baby ball pythons this season...this is what I got 'dumped' on me for $2,500.00 paid in advance:

She came complete with paramyxovirus, coccidia, septicemia, liver failure, and few hundred extra cc's of fluid injected into her...not to mention and a whole slew of other problems. And Snowballs/Tim Bowles didn't stand behind her because he said it was all a result of shipping. Needless to say she was gone shortly after this picture was taken.
All of this and I am in the same country where he lives...imagine what someone in another country can expect...especially with things on his TOS page like this:
- All sales are final and no cash refunds will be given.
- It is the customers responsibility to read and fully understand all terms before purchasing from us.
- By purchasing an animal from us you completely agree to these terms and conditions and forfeit any right to pursue a cash refund.
- Terms are subject to change without public notice.
Feeling warm and fuzzy yet?

Hey Matt! I can not believe you are still dealing with this BS. To everyone that does not know Matt is good people. I have known him for years now.
Now on the other hand you are seeing the true colors of Tim.
Matt I remember that deal you had with that ETB..... That sucked so bad bro. The animal and you got screwed hard.
Matt you need to stop by my place once in awhile. Nett still does..
Talk to you later my friend.
