Help with cage setup

I don't mean to step on your toes here, but my BP loves his half log. I stand it up against the side (like a tree trunk), I'll post a picture soon.



See the log on the left, standing up? He LOVES that thing, and it gives him a nice tight space to curl up in.

It looks beautiful! Only thing I see is with the dark mulch it is hard to see all his excreations. We used to use that stuff until we got to 4 snakes. We then switched to paper. We didn't realize how much of their pee we were missing during spot cleanings. We probably change paper twice a week now as the paper really doesn't absorb much, but it does let us know it is there.

The markings on the side of your snake b8byjenny. They look like aliens Thqat is what Noek's talking about. I also have to agree with everyone in saying it is a lovely snake!

Ahhh...I suppose I see the resemblance! Slyder thanks you for boosting his/her ego. I really need to have it sexed so I can stop typing his/her all the time!
