Great shots Mike. I really like the Rat Snake, I eyeballed that snake on Chad's table for a while. Did that Fire calm down at all, I still have a couple teeth marks on my leg.

    Congrats,

Thanks everyone. I am pretty happy with the animals I got and I must say that the butter is even better than I imagined, esp. since it shed on the way home! It was like getting a new snake twice!
Neil, I will do that for you. Check out what I posted over in the Morelia section.

    Thanks Meme!!

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.
I really have fallen in love with the bamboo ratsnakes. There are 4 subspecies in that complex. I bought a male O. p. coxi (Thai bamboo rat) from Chad two years ago for my birthday. I saw him at the show and chatted for a bit. Long story short, I did not get a female for him but he let me walk away with that male. So know, not only do I owe him for the male, he has me on the hook for at least two females, one for each male!

I'll be high on the list when you get a chance to reproduce these guys. I have a great love for the asian rat snakes and the one pictured is just stunning. I'd love to see a pic of your Thai bamboo, too.
