Your probably thinking of micro-dermal anchors. My uncle owns a tatt shop. They r anchored under the skin and you can change out the heads. Got a prince albert and lots of tattoos myself so I am no one to judge lolyou go mindibun

To the OP, That's pretty cool. Nothing i would consider getting, but it does look kind of cool. I had a girl friend with a nape piercing.
We can't judge someone else for how they choose to represent themselves. I'm loaded with tattoos, and I get looks all the time, but I say to my self "Ha, keep looking, only makes me want more!"
