As far as selling goes I have a question. I have a couple of my gravid females that are going to produce this year a pastel x pastel, Axanthic x Axanthic and Spider x Super Pastel. My question is that I have paperwork from all my breeders that the sires came from and great records ( a bit OCD) but after reading the BOI on that other site I would not sell to many of the so called "straight shooters"! They seem to forget that innocent until proven guilty thing and god forbid if you have not been selling for 15+ years. So would a better route be to sell to close friends and breeders that i know? and skip their little fiefdom? ( i notice that once you are in a thread there you pretty much have to give up your life answering the same questions over and over)

It is your choice to sell to whom you want to. No one is stopping you, and no one is asking you to do otherwise.

I think the BOI is a great tool when used properly, but I also think it can sully some peoples reputations very badly with undue force.

You just have to take it all with a grain of salt. And also know that there may be more to the story than what is posted on the BOI.




Edit: Also, your reputation should be the top prority for you to be worried about if you plan on being forthright and a good breeder.

I'm forthright and I consider Myself a good breeder... Never had a problem with any animals I have sold or traded. But The little Girls over there try to ruin My name every chance the get.. What is that about??
