Eating through breeding season
I have a female whom Ive witnessed 5 copulations, and shes showing signs of being gravid (laying sideways, hugging waterbowl etc)
She has not refused a meal since Ive had her and has been eating every week (I have reduced all of my BP's down to small rats and she was eating mediums)
Is this a bad sign possibly meaning no eggs? Or have you guys come across something like this before with no trouble.

Just for sake of clarification - those are not signs of being gravid but signs of follicular development (aka building). Once her follicles reach a certain size and/or she ovulates then she will likely quit feeding.

Some of my females eat during the breeding season, some dont. Just depends on what they feel like doing

After she ovulates and is about ready to lay eggs she will refuse food.

My breeder females eat me out of house and home during breeding season...Mine slow down once I feel small follicles...They stop once follicles are about walnut size...Me personally - I've never had any snake eat after they ovulate...If I were you - Keep feeding and breeding...

Re: Eating through breeding season
the female i bred last year ate the entire time... she never missed a meal the entire time.
the only one she missed was the one i felt best not to give her (the first feeding day after she laid her clutch).
i also allowed her to incubate the eggs herself and not once did she refuse a meal.
best i can say is watch your snake, know your animal and she will let you know.
