Yeah, the probe for the t-stat is taped down right next to the thermometer probe, which actually has a nice sticky part on it, like the stuff you hang posters up with, but stronger.

I didn't fully understand what you meant with the t-stat prob under the tank, but over the UTH. If it's not evenly distributing the heat, it can crack the tank right?

If I tape it to the bottom of the UTH, I'm not sure how that will read, but I guess it doesn't matter, as long as the temps are in the same range, I could set the t-stat to 60 if I have to.

Looked at the helix and it's just too much for me right now.
