Congrats! I'm just in the early stages of quitting but doing pretty good. You definitely have a reason to celebrate kicking the bucket so to speak!

Re: 6 Years....
Congratulations! Anybody who's quit/tried to quit knows how difficult that is.
Isn't it amazing how beer tastes like crap w/o smokes at first, then before too long tastes way better?

Congrats!! I quit smoking about a year ago. I feel much better. I smoked 1/2 - 1 pack of smokes a day for 9 years.

Try chantix or whatever it is called. I know a few people who have used it, and they said that it works. Hope this helps...

Gotta be careful with that, I quit on it 8 months ago but I got extremely violent and miserable while I was taking it. I had to stop taking it after 3 weeks. It definitely works though if thats any consolation. Obviously it effects everyone differently, but wanted to share my experience. Anyway, congrats Mark and happy b-day

Re: 6 Years....
I've got a script for that Chantix stuff. But insurance doesn't cover it.
And its like 80 plus smackers for a month supply of it. And it takes a few months if I remember right.
I heard its the best stuff out there right now. I also heard a girl I know is on it and puking her guts out.
Anyone else tried it? I may give it a shot if yall have good stuff to say about it.
