    6 Years....

    Just wanted to say that I'm going to celebrate tonight. Tomorrow (the 19th)is my birthday, but even more importantly, today marks my 6th anniversary of being tobacco free. I think I'll stop off on the way home from work to have a few pints at my local smoke free public drinking establishment.....

    I have been smoke free for three years and it was perhaps the most difficult accomplishment to date!! Great job!! You absolutely have every reason to celebrate!!!!

    Congrats Mark on the birthday and being TOBACCO free.

    EDIT - I had to correct the smoke -> tobacco before Mr. Smartypants corrected it for me.

    Dang you lucky sob!!!

    I've tried quitting. The last time I tried I was comitted. And lasted 7 hours.

    It sucks so bad. I start grinding my teeth and got a horrible headache. Within those 7 hours!!!

    I wanna quit. Its hard.
