    Pewters differences

    what are the visual differences between pewters produced from cinny and pewters produced from black pastel?

    id like to say that some cinnys pewters get more of a yellow tint.

    i think i prefer the ones from the black pastel pewter but ive only seen pics of it whereas ive seen a cinnamon pewter in the flesh and wasnt too impressed. the owner did say he wasnt the nicest example of a cinnamon pewter though.

    Also, the first picture is obviously a hatchling where as the second picture it's hard to tell how large the snake is. I know that I've seen a cinny pewter before in person, and although I still think the black pastels (at the least from the examples I have seen in person/pictures) are better, the cinny pewters I've seen are much more "silvery" as hatchlings and dull out as they get older (almost like axanthics) So it could be that the black pastel pewters will also dull out.
