    Pewter X Pewter

    I have two questions, I've done a bit of searching through the archives but cant really find anything, if anyone could shed some light I'd be much obliged;

    When breeding a Pewter to Pewter the outcome would be;

    1/4 Pastel Cinnamon AKA Pewter

    1/4 Super Pastel Cinnamon AKA Sterling

    1/4 Super Cinnamon Pastel AKA Silver Streak

    1/4 Super Cinnamon Super Pastel AKA ????

    Is this correct? If so what does a 'Super Cinnamon Super Pastel' look like (presumably a lighter Silver streak???)

    Super Cinnamon Pastel is a Silver Bullet http://www.grazianireptiles.com/coll...ver_bullet.htm not a Silver Streak

    A silver streak is a Super Pastel Black Pastel

    Are you sure? Hang on though what I've written before is wrong: I've presumed that co dom to co dom gives out 1/2 co dom and 1/2 dominant. Its 1/2 co dom 1/4 dominant and 1/4 normal...

    Sorry I'm an idiot I got the two mixed up.

    And the outcome would actually be this;

    4/16 Pastel Cinny
    2/16 Super Cinny Pastel
    2/16 Super Pastel Cinny
    2/16 Cinny
    2/16 Pastel
    1/16 Super Pastel Super Cinny
    1/16 Super Cinny
    1/16 Super Pastel
    1/16 Normal

    ....right?

    Still has anyone seen a 'Super Pastel Super Cinny'?

    Those odds are correct. I haven't seen a super pastel/super cinnamon. At least that I know of.

    This would be a correct statement if PEWTER was a single recesive trait.
    Your statement is incorrect though because PEWTER is the visual expression of Pastel and Cinnimon in the same animal both of which are co-dom traits.
    I am still working out the odds for this pairing I will post it when I get it done or If someone beats me to it good for them.

    Yes after running through the Punnett I would have to agree. Always remember this is just an Idea of what is possible. The Percentages apply to each egg not to the clutch. So each egg in a clutch from that breeding has

    6.25% chance of being
    Super Pastel Super Cinny, Super Cinny, Super Pastel, or normal

    12.5% chance of being
    Super Cinny Pastel, Super Pastel Cinny, Cinny, or Pastel

    25% chance of being
    Pastel Cinny
