I am not sure where the Insular Dwaves got the reputation for being nippy... It is just not the case, here anyway...
Haha, all of you must have something I don't then! lol. Every time I pick up a smaller island boa I get bit! lol.

I currently have a male and female about 8 years old. The only "nip" if you present them with a small target, such as a finger. I always keep my "digits" together presenting a target too large for their mouths. They get my scent then are fine. Very loving snakes.
