LOL Neil, welcome to the world of parenting! Wait till the day arrives you wake up and it's 8 a.m. and you think..."OMG I GOT TO SLEEP IN!".....it's just sad when 8 a.m. becomes "sleeping in"

Oh and btw - if the kids didn't bug you and you got to sleep in, it's because they've snuck down to the kitchen, dumped a jug of oil on the floor and have created an indoor skating rink. This is why after a few years of parenting when you wake up, and it is 8 a.m. and quiet...your hearts stops and you break into a cold sweat wondering what the little heathens...errrr...precious darlings are up to.

Joanna, we've already had a few nights were we got up at 7am, after not having woke up all night and jumped out of bed terrified he must of died in his sleep if we were able to sleep threw the whole night....

PS, I remember skating in the kitchen as a kid I have a feeling karma is going to catch up with me the next few years....
