Here is my town, Ventura California. how could you not want to live here

I douby that anyone woule be lining up to move to where I live, but I actually love it here. Western NY; not too far from Buffalo. The fact that most of you posted warm places like florida, kind of re-iterates this to me. No offense, but I would rather live somewhere where people are not running off to! I get irate when two cars and a tractor are on the road slowing me down.. don't ask me to drive through city traffic! Sure, we have winters where 6 feet of snow can line the roads, and our driveway is a snowy hell if you don't have a nice 4x4 system and high tire clearance. But I love this wild place and I think I'll die here. If we moved, it would be to somewhere even more desolate and isolated, and that'd suit me well.
Jo, I think that the Yukon sounds like just the place for me!

Well...I live in Virginia and it sucks. lol

I like where I live but I absolutely HATE our weather. It is hot as all heck one day and freezing the next. The winters are just cold and we rarely get any *good* snow. When I say good I mean like measurable! lol If it is going to be cold I want snow otherwise give me the sun and the sand!

I have always loved the ocean. The smell...the beautiful blue water...the sun!

I have lived in Cali and Florida and I would choose Florida ANY day. Though I was young when I lived in Cali and didn't get to "enjoy" it...I do remember those beaches! Fantastic!

but I just love everything about Florida!

houston is awesome! just enough country with just enough city. homeboy up there has us on beaches though. they are not near that gorgeous!
