I am back in on this I want to lose about 25 lbs. See my avatar? That was in 2002, and I had a washboard stomach. Let's just say.. now, I do not. I have more of a potbelly-stove thing going on Any hints? I am at a desk job and get up every 2 hours for a brisk walk. I started today, eliminating sugars from my snacking, mostly. NO non-diet soda. No sweet candies. I nibble on pretzels and poocorn and am growing to like the Crystal Light packets that you put into a 20-oz. bottle of water.
