not true, my friends dad has had epilepsy for over 25 years, with countless seizures through the years with no adverse effects other than the seizure which is scary as hell, when they seize they get superhuman strength, one time i tried to hold down an arm, i got thrown across the room and hit the wall 5 feet up!! and i weigh 220 lbs! gran mal seizures can be dangerous though, but they are a sign of something worse
