Well I'm in L.A. which is obviously on the West Coast and I raise and breed BP's, Bearded dragons, orchids and other exotic plants so Jungle seemed to cover animals and plants as well as the fact that Axl Rose refers to L.A. as the Jungle in "Welcome to the Jungle".

I will dig a little deeper into my name. Back in.. what was it.. 1998-ish? My friends and I hung out, maybe did a little drinking.. maybe a little more.. aaanyway, we got it into our heads to name ourselves after Marilan Manson band members. I took the nickname of Ginger. I also had a penchant for sloe gin.. dyed my hair red.. it all fit. Then a few months later we decided to get more creative. One of my friends went by Razorblade (we no longer associate; she was/is a backstabbing lunatic.) I created Ginevive as a combination of sloe gin (which I now actually hate!) and "Vive" whose derivatives mean "LIFE" in many different languages. It also resembles my given name, Jennifer, but with a little more flair to it.
