I can't see the pictures, so can't give an opinion. Is your substrate dry? Are your humidity levels good? BP's are not arboreal, so there isn't a need for a tall habitat with vines. That may be messing with the environment.

I can't see the pictures either. Can it be a burn? How does your snake react if you touch it gently? Take her to the vet as soon as you can. Good luck!

If you think your BP is sick, the only thing I would recommend you is to make an appointment to an herp vet and have him check out.

If you are unable to get to a vet I am sure the shop that you bought your snake from and probably supplies your consumables would be able to tell you if you take it in.
On an unrelated note my BP loves climbing on its vines it isn't a tall cage 1' 5" so it can't fall anywhere really, but it likes to stick its nose through the mesh at the top and flick its tongue.
