i've never broken a bone! you know, i've never been skiing or boarding but after reading this, i'm thinkin that that's pry a good thing! i already have the start of bone degeneration in one hip... i've heard that broken bones don't help that much!

fingers toes left wrist shattered my left elbow and had to have surgery twice on it and broke my upper jaw in 4 places

All I have to say about this thread is WOW. Skateboarding, snowboarding, pipe wrench, horses, fights (?)... how else did some of you get all those broken bones? I answered zero, so I just can't fathom it!

I got off lucky and have only had 3 breaks in my life, however, i have nicely supplemented that with the following.

- Blown rotator cuff in my right shoulder.
- dislocated left shoulder.
- rolled left ankle twice.
- hyper extended right knee.
- 4 concussions.
- 1 sports hernia.

I was a bit of an adrenaline junky in my teens and 20's.

Wrist (skate boarding), finger (two big rocks with the finger in the middle not a good combo), and chipped the bone at the bridge of the nose (face against wall while falling)

I have also bruised my ribs pretty bad, have had stitches a couple times and more sprains than I care to think about.
