    I looked back at recent photo this is a decent comparison to a very old one.

    I am quite impressed with the color he's held. Boas usually brown out and get very dark in their older years. The tail on my guy has definitely lost the red but he still appears fairly bright. The clouds didn't help with these outdoor shots.

    That said, my guy is only 12 so he could eventually brown out in his 20's. Yep,,, I said 20's. I plan on having him for the long haul.


    I may create a thread for older boas. 10+ years.

    Anyone interested?
