I guess I'll take a really close at it, but it seems normal to me. Snake Haus also has mentioned such a thing as "behavior-caused" bad sheds, which is when a snake is physically fine but gets impatient or frustrated during shed and instead of carefully rolling it off they get fed up and shred it against everything in the enclosure, even though it would've come off in one piece if they'd just done it carefully. She always gets the top half of her head off and then seems to get mad and start shredding it instead of carefully rolling the lower jaw off first, so maybe that's why the neck is always a problem. I've had to intervene even before she had the skin issue come to think of it, because she got so mad she'd actually scratched her head on tank decorations trying to get her lower jaw free. When I'm able to get it fixed for her the rest comes off in one piece, but I have noticed she's particularly rough about working the old skin off.
