Her stool looks pretty normal to me- though a stool sample checked by a vet may reveal something. It happens to all of us, btw- when you clean their home, that is often just enough stimulation that gets "results" the minute you put them back in the clean enclosure-The thing to do is handle them for a while, put them back in the dirty cage, & wait for the "outcome".
