Plz need help fixing humidity in my glass tank and arid state

the humidity is my main concern yeah I'm trying to raise it to 70%. I don't have my bp yet I'm just trying to set up the tank. I am doing a salt calibration with my hygrometer now but its already at 65% 30 min in so I don't think that's broken
