    I think whatever it is, Dad is where it's coming from. He has a heavy amount of blushing as well and a very similar looking headstamp to the hatchling in question. The hatchling on the right does look a lot lighter but still within normal variance for a normal, and doesn't seem to have heavy blushing from what I can see. Can't see his headstamp or flaming at all though from that angle, but I'm still thinking whatever it is you hit low odds and just got 1/4 with whatever it is.

    Fire or something allelic with that is a strong possibility given how Dad looks, but it's certainly not definitive.

    Might not be a "morph" persay but some sort of polygenic-type property that might be able to be strengthened with line breeding if you like the way it looks.
