In a vacuum bag they will keep for years. In a freezer ziplock bag you have six months max. The seal a meal vacuum sealer has a web site that sells refurbished cheap. Don’t use your wife’s sealer! I still don’t hear the end of that one.
Buy it cheap an stack it deep. Break down the order into smaller bags.
An you can reseal bags after you open them. But that takes a sealer.
