I must admit- knowing "human nature", I'm more than a little bit skeptical as to how gently these tools are used to shoo away snakes. And just when you think snakes have vast areas of habitat where they don't have to worry about harm from humans, this is just one more way their territory is encroached upon.

Well, at least they should all be back in the air soon and "snakes on a plane" shouldn't be an issue any more. Maybe Qantas should hire a rattlesnake wrangler, instead (like that's gonna happen).
