    I agree with nikkubus ^ ^ ^ on this (a visit to an experienced reptile vet)- her face looks swollen to me as well, & it's hard to know what might be behind that scab- it's not that "tiny" and injuries (& resulting infections) to a snake's face can be rather serious since the head is so involved in various critical life functions (brain, eyes, eating, breathing...).
